Return Policy

Kodokama Art + Apparel is a small business and I'm thrilled with your interest in my artwork. Every order is custom printed just for you.

Because I work with a printing partner, I do not keep any inventory, so when you order, take care that you are buying the right sizes and colors. For this reason, I do not offer refunds, but exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you have any of these issues, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it:

• Clothing - unused/unwashed

• Wall Art - in its original condition

• All other items - unused and without signs of wear

To start a return, send photos of your item with the problem in question  and contact us at: info@kodokama.com 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Note: Since your original shipping was free, I cannot currently cover the cost of return shipping or provide shipping labels.
